Biography:

A graduate of the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State, Joe is a storyteller. When he was four he met his favorite basketball coach, George Karl, who was a jerk and refused to give him an autograph—he’s been a pale shade of himself since that day. His dreams of going pro dashed, Joe then began writing about pretend wrestlers in online fan forums. He’s been wielding the pen ever since. Joe is an editor, journalist, critic, podcaster, filmmaker, and LEGO enthusiast, at least partially responsible for the vinyl resurgence (he’s very sorry about that). Ask him about Cyclops being the best if you have hours to spare.

Willow: Season 1 (2022) 84% 3/5 EDIT “This new adventure includes many of the same charms and maintains the heart that made so many of us fans all those years ago. It's worth joining Willow on another journey to save the world, even if you may not love every decision made along the way.” – ComicBook.com Nov 30, 2022 Full Review Titans: Season 2 (2019) 81% EDIT “This series might not appeal to longterm fans of the Superman mythos, especially those who really believe in the innocence of Krypto. But for those who don't mind their Krypto getting a little blood in his mouth, Titans will be a surprising change.” – ComicBook.com Nov 21, 2019 Full Review Young Justice: Season 3 (2019) 96% 4/5 EDIT “Fans of the series shouldn't worry because Young Justice: Outsiders quickly builds off of the strong first half, beginning to unravel the mystery and put the Team on a collision course with the villains.” – ComicBook.com Jul 2, 2019 Full Review
