With the setup and character development established, the second season delves directly into the action and the answers.” – CineMovie.tv Dec 18, 2025 Full Review Andor: Season 2 (2025) 97% B+ EDIT “While not built for casual viewers, Andor Season 2 rewards longtime Star Wars fans with a slow but deliberate story that deepens the lore. Gilroy avoids cheap fan service, opting instead for smart, grounded storytelling and morally complex characters.” – CineMovie.tv Apr 21, 2025 Full Review Win or Lose: Season 1 (2025) 88% B EDIT “Despite its narrative inconsistencies, it carries Pixar’s signature heart, delivering positive messages about self-worth and overcoming struggles. However, its unconventional storytelling approach and fluctuating focus may make it a divisive experience. ” – CineMovie.tv Feb 20, 2025 Full Review Star Wars: Skeleton Crew: Season 1 (2024) 92% B EDIT “While the first two episodes meander without much direction, the third episode finally sets the stage for what’s to come. The first few episodes are slower-paced and highly political but the second half picks up momentum and leaves you salivating for the finale. ” – CineMovie.tv Jun 27, 2024 Full Review Star Wars: The Acolyte: Season 1 (2024) 79% A- EDIT “The Acolyte is a breath of fresh air with a storyline different from any other Star Wars property. The new Disney+ show doesn’t rely on past events in the saga, instead forging its own path with exciting new characters and world. ” – CineMovie.tv Jun 4, 2024 Full Review Star Wars: Ahsoka: Season 1 (2023) 85% B+ EDIT “For someone not well-versed in Dave Filoni's Rebels and The Clone Wars story and characters, the Ahsoka characters will feel a bit foreign, but casual Star Wars fans will be steeped in a familiar world of Jedis and cool lightsaber duels.” – CineMovie.tv Aug 23, 2023 Full Review This Fool: Season 2 (2023) 100% A- EDIT “Season 2 may be a little less clever than the previous outing, but it’s still one of the best and most original series on streaming. ” – CineMovie.tv Jul 28, 2023 Full Review Secret Invasion: Season 1 (2023) 53% B EDIT “Secret Invasion is a different vibe than the previous Marvel outings. For those with short attention spans, the series may not be for some since it requires patience to see where this Marvel series is headed ” – CineMovie.tv Jul 6, 2023 Full Review Reginald the Vampire: Season 1 (2022) 70% B+ EDIT “Batalon is the perfect actor for the role. He has an endearing quality as the underdog and you’re fully invested in his journey to be part of something.” – CineMovie.tv Oct 10, 2022 Full Review Andor: Season 1, Episode 4 (2022) A- EDIT “There are no Jedis, the Force, or Skywalker drama but there's a familiarity in this unique and cinematic story that is compelling because we know where it's headed. The plot is overly familiar, borrowing elements from classics like THE FUGITIVE and DEATH WISH. With no originality to the story, it’s hard to stick with it for 8-episodes. ” – CineMovie.tv Jul 5, 2022 Full Review Moon Knight: Season 1 (2022) 86% B+ EDIT “Marvel's Moon Knight is Indiana Jones with supernatural elements. Oscars handling of the dual roles is magnificent. Oscar transforms his facial features between Steven and Marc. You instantly know what character he is inhabiting. ” – CineMovie.tv Mar 29, 2022 Full Review Halo: Season 1 (2022) 70% B- EDIT “The series has more of The Mandalorian vibe. For genre fans, they will get what they came for out of the Halo series.
