Biography:

Ryan Oquiza is a Filipino film critic based in the United States. Developing an ardent appreciation for movies since childhood, thanks to his parents' weekly trips to film rental stores, he has pursued an evergreen love for cinema and is now dedicating himself to it as a full-time passion. He is a film critic for Rappler and the chief film critic of SINEGANG.ph. He has also written bylines for CNN Philippines Life and Philippine STAR Life. He is an avid enthusiast of Asian cinema, unafraid to champion its brilliance on the international stage.
