Gerard Butler and Jennifer Aniston remain as attractive as ever, but The Bounty Hunter's formula script doesn't know what to do with them -- or the audience's attention.

Even considered as no more than an assembly-line Hollywood product, The Bounty Hunter falls well below factory standards.
You know it's bad when a caper comedy makes you long for the Goldie Hawn-Chevy Chase showcases of yore...
Averagely routine, routinely average romcom.
There'll be worse films released in 2010 -- but not many.
The story of a bail enforcer who captures his newspaper-reporter ex-wife manages to be both formulaic and patchwork, with whatever twinkles that exist between the stars eclipsed by the overall crudeness.
The film is stuffed with these idiosyncratic micro-roles (I loved Siobhan Fallon Hogan as the bondsman's secretary), which prove more diverting than the two main characters.
We never find out why these two exes fell in love in the first place, which makes it impossible to care if they do so again.
Jennifer Aniston might just be the most charming woman on the planet. But she doesn't stand a chance on this bumbling ride.
If only the filmmakers could have made it less tedious and more entertaining, then we might have actually cared about the characters. In the end, "The Bounty Hunter" is a forgettable film that offers no reward.
It's one thing for the leads to not share believable romantic chemistry, and then there's the rather sad and lazy display Aniston and Butler put on here, not even striking believable negative vibes as a divorced couple.
As a lousy mystery and lousier romantic comedy, The Bounty Hunter is two bad films in one.
An expensive, low-rent, overlong, tired romantic action-comedy.
Predictable, unfunny, terrible acting, there isn't a real reason to waste your time on this.
The Bounty Hunter was a painful and boring experience that I hope I must never endure again. The story is so boring and stupid, it starts as a romance then aaction film then espionage, I hated every minute of it. The cast was bad all expcept for Gerard Butler and Jason Sudakis, and Gerard proves he can be a funny guy with this movie. The jokes were horribly written and I did not laugh ONCE, I didnt giggle, smile, cheer or ect, it was just plain unfunny. I hated this movie with a passion, and even a couple of good cast members can't save this crappy romantic comedy.
I wouldnt watch it again, but I like Butler and Aniston together for this romantic crime comdey, was really good!
cute and funny but nothing too exciting.
