"Once upon a time there was a city where the inhabitants were either princes or paupers. Between these two worlds there were only stray dogs. They were the middle class." A very good political satire coming from Romania. A high-school teacher falls in love with the beautiful sister of a student. But he needs money to hang out with her because a teacher salary is not enough to eat even one night at a restaurant. The book he wrote only sells 3 copies and he starts to look for alternative ways to make some cash. It's a good black-comedy with an original story.
