05/03/2020 The documentary movie follows the story of several dads of disabled children who decide to form a band. I found it unsettling because it confronted me with people who are genuinely good. But it's not over-earnest: it's made with compassion without being emotionally manipulative. The combination of the scenes with the children, the attempts of the band to progress, and the soundtrack - which is restrained but moving - all add up to a genuinely beautiful movie which has left me continuing to think about it in the days since I saw it. See more 04/30/2014 A really touching documentary about a group of gutsy fathers who juggle their work, family, and their children-with-rare-diseases, and still squeeze time to rock it out and aim to participate in a major music festival. This is a really great study of handling and accepting children who are different. This is also a wonderful story of following one's dreams, no wonder how hard it can be. See more Read all reviews
