robert m @RT01909882 11/02/2022 Take another look at what happened in Nazi-occupied Europe. The "French Village" series is an eye-opener and it's needed. It's a story about evil and how and why it develops. By American standards, the series is a bit slow and it's subtle, but it will pull you into the lives of several characters, if you're patient. Maybe you'll come to a better understanding of why things can go wrong in the world. See more 06/26/2020 As the war progresses the story line becomes more complex, not less. Continues to be wonderfully told and visually stunning. See more Read all reviews
