All the Sharks takes care to warn its audience just how dangerous a pastime it is that they are watching. But it also looks like a lot of fun. Maybe it should look like less. Go to Full Review
Robert Lloyd Los Angeles Times Jul 3
In the bargain, we learn not a little bit about shark behavior and biology, and there is an implicit, sometimes explicit, conservation theme. Go to Full Review

If you're into competition reality series and want to get up close to sharks without getting in the water, this is the perfect show for you. Go to Full Review

I was not expecting much from All the Sharks, which is somewhere between a shark documentary and reality TV competition. And yet, it's a buoyant good time, and a rather clever way of packaging information about sharks. Go to Full Review

Tom “The Blowfish” Hird is a goofy, eccentric host. The moment I watched him emerge from the ocean in slo-mo, shaking his braided beard upon intro, I knew he’d be a highlight. Go to Full Review

J R @RT32207539 Dec 13 how you turn everything into a competition. Instead of teaching something about impressive animals. Boring. See more Dan O @RT63252664 Oct 16 100% rating?? Yeah, I don't think so. Fake overdramatization of ... everything. Terrible, completely forced dialogue. Horrendous manufactured overdubbing in the dive portions. Completely fake and/or overdramatized situations. A bunch of fake drama around a previous nothingburger bite incident (she downplays it and laughs about it in all other media, but boy howdy was it a source of drama here!) Demonstrations of terrible scuba practices (mostly to force drama - again). Despite everyone involved knowing better, they still lean too much into the 'SHARK = DANGER!' trope - for drama... I almost puked at how many times they said 'sharknado' (cringe!) in one episode. And the best part - completely misidentified a shark species in EP.2. Blacktip sharks are nothing like the Whitetip Reef sharks on the video. Not sure if they actually saw a blacktip but added the wrong footage, or they gave way too many points to that team - but this mistake should never had made it to production (or add a correction later?) That said, there was much promise here - great shots, interesting subject matter - no idea why the producers felt the need to make it so cringe-y. See more Jen V @RT30488479 Jul 10 Awesome show. Fun challenges around the world. Great underwater photography & production. A must see film 🌊🦈🐚⚓🥽🏊‍♂️ See more BRizz 2 @TheMovieSearch Jul 9 All the Sharks is a 2025 reality competition series that brings something new and daring to the genre. Contestants from diverse backgrounds compete by entering shark-infested waters to earn points through challenges such as photographing various marine animals—including, of course, sharks. It’s a unique concept that taps into both our fascination and fear of the ocean’s most notorious predators. The premise is undeniably fresh and engaging. In a landscape oversaturated with singing, dancing, and talent-based reality shows, All the Sharks sets itself apart by offering something viewers haven’t quite seen before. It delivers genuine tension and surprise, which helps maintain interest throughout each episode. That said, the show does raise concerns about safety. While the competition is thrilling to watch, it also feels extremely risky. The inherent danger of the challenges—especially involving close encounters with wild animals—may give some viewers pause. The prizes and competitive structure could have been more imaginative. While the format is entertaining, the stakes didn’t always feel high enough to match the intensity of the challenges. Still, credit must be given to the creators for pushing the boundaries of what a reality show can be. But overall, it’s fun, and it’s different—making it feel fresh and full of potential. The creativity behind the concept opens up endless possibilities. If they can add a little more “spice” and refinement in a second season—whether that’s through higher-stakes challenges, deeper character stories, or enhanced production value—I’d absolutely be excited to tune in again. There’s just something missing right now that keeps it from feeling fully complete. In the end, All the Sharks is an inventive and worthwhile watch. While not perfect, it’s a refreshing entry in the reality TV space that dares to be different. See more Kris H @RT49031591 Jul 9 Must see TV! LOVED it! See more Michael T @RT47324672 Jul 8 Loved it!
