As questions and arguments about equality and individual rights in America have become more complex and heated over the last few years, so too has each installment of John Ridley's Emmy-winning anthology series, American Crime. Go to Full Review

This season is as big a step up over season two as season two was over season one. It's grandly ambitious and socially conscious in a way that broadcast network TV dramas rarely are anymore. Go to Full Review

And, for all its wrenching subject matter, American Crime doesn't feel like homework. (It's glum, too, but watchably so.) Go to Full Review

While these stories might not be ripped from the headlines, the subject matter and performances feel all too real. Go to Full Review

12/16/2018 Loved it! This show is amazing! the actors are so versatile and it's interesting to see them play different roles. The storylines of this season were captivating. I enjoyed Regina King's storyline the most. See more 06/30/2017 Excellent series, in the middle of Season 3. Love Regina King. Love, love, love!!! See more Ryan K @Rklinen29 06/21/2017 American Crime does not leave you baffled by its ending… Yes you will be surprised, but the story is so compelling you await the next step and not the finale (this isn’t Big Little Lies). With any level of sensitivity you are forced to ponder every character’s situation and most likely judge thereafter. With regards to current issues, American Crime will someday be recognized as the most socially conscience - remaining thought provoking and worth while show in the history of television. See more 06/20/2017 have seen the other 2 seasons and loved them and season 3 fell sub party the previous 2 season. there was also only episodes. very little suspense and too much dialogue. See more 05/20/2017 Just finished season 3 after finding the other two years on Netflix. Simply the best network drama series (ABC) in years if not decades. Brutally honest portrayal of moral dilemmas in American life. Writing, acting and directing are superb. Warning: No Hollywood endings. See more 05/19/2017 Best show on network TV! Excellent cast, subject matter is relevant, writing is top-notch.....hope this show goes on for a very long time. See more Read all reviews
