Set in deep space, the series revolves around the adventures of Dylan Hunt, captain of the Andromeda Ascendant, his crew members, and their efforts to restore the Systems Commonwealth, a government that was responsible for a time of extended peace and prosperity. The sci-fi series is based on previously unused materials written by late writer Gene Roddenberry.

Juan C @RT30352258 02/05/2025 As in all seasons of this series: the special effects are not good but the stories are of a much higher quality than what is commonly seen on TV. In this season, the story becomes much more complex, but the characters have been evolving harmoniously according to the odyssey they face. See more James C @RT06619195 06/07/2024 So I felt Season 3 was weaker than 1 and 2. I do like that the show progressed so there is a Commonwealth but the writers didn't seem quite to know what to do with it. The dialogue felt a bit too corny and many shows didn't have the creative effort of seasons 1 and 2. The first show that I really liked was fairly deep into the season. Eventually, Season 3 gained its footing as if the writers remembered they had a story to tell. See more 09/06/2018 The first two seasons had interesting concepts and some good writing. I don't know what happened to season 3 but the writing is comically, epically bad. Almost completely unwatchable and written by people who have no idea how to write a convincing storyline or dialogue. See more Read all reviews
