"Animal Precinct" follows the agents of the New York City ASPCA Humane Law Enforcement Department, the only group in the city solely dedicated to investigating crimes against animals. Agents cover thousands of cases each year -- with challenges ranging from infiltrating a dogfighting ring to closing down cock-fighting facilities to arresting those who are starving or abusing their pets.
