Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur Eric Ripert offers viewers a look inside a professional chef's mind in this series, which takes him around the globe in search of creative inspiration. The people, places and ingredients he comes across help to influence his cooking style and the recipes he creates. The New York-based chef sometimes stays close to home -- like when he travels to Stone Barnes in the Hudson River Valley -- but other times he visits farther-away locales, including Italy, Australia and South Korea. After airing on PBS for two seasons, the show moves to Cooking Channel beginning with its third season.
