This show was decent, but not outstanding; it leans heavily on being graphic and violent, and some parts of the show are unsettling or uncomfortable. Go to Full Review

Bence B @RT77980055 Jul 3 It was anticlimactic. 90% monologue, 9% standing still, and maybe 1% fighing. The plot is weak, the fights are maybe D tier. This brings heavily out my dislike for the lack of rational thought and coherent plotting—a flaw present in all the Baki series—more than any of the others. Honestly, that level of sheer incompetence was infuriating. I mean, they send special forces units into the middle of a field, yet the helicopters suddenly stop shining their lights on the area, and there isn't a single damn sniper to stop a sword-wielding psychopath from slaughtering every last cop—cops who are utterly useless, by the way. Give me a break! See more Kenneth Jing M @RT28190235 Jun 21 I’m trying to save you from this absolute trainwreck of a show. It’s 90% filler and 10% talking about fighting. There is zero plot, the 'battles' are just people standing around giving monologues, and the ending completely robs you of a real payoff. Don't waste your time; you never actually get to see what these characters can do. See more Emanuel T @HabsburgMonarch Mar 7 Whilst maybe not the best season for new Baki fans it certainly is a treat for returning fans with more ridiculous fights and comical narration. Only complaints about this season is the abundance of still frames which seem to be plaguing a lot of new shows recently, and the point at which the season ends in the story, which feels rather abrupt. Aside from that however, this season was fun and I'm certainly looking forward to more. See more Stu C. @Stucart Mar 7 None of that time will ever come back. This was my first Baki experience and my last. The 13 episodes gets you half way through the story. Waste of time IMO! See more Mr. B @Uijgfcc Mar 1 Another talking still frame produced by Netflix, bad even by Netflix Baki standards. Rushed half-baked plot only half completed by the end of the season, not a single file or frame of note, not really worth watching in the slightest. See more Read all reviews
