Bent: Season 1 Photos

Tv Season Info

Alex (Amanda Peet), a recently divorced lawyer with a young daughter and little patience for frivolity, hires a contractor named Pete (David Walton) to help her renovate her kitchen. Aware of his reputation as a womanizer, Alex, whose ex-husband was sent to prison for insider trading, is adamant that she will fire Pete should he present any problems. Of course, neither Alex's love life or home renovations go smoothly.

Actors David Walton (Pete) and Amanda Peet (Alex) have the kind of crackling romantic chemistry money can't buy.

A hang-out sitcom is all about a good vibe, and Bent suggests one that's pleasant right now but could become terrific with time.

It's not brilliant but it's enjoyable, with a lackadaisical charm and a strong cast.
