"Cede Your Sould" was another solid episode of this new NBC drama. We're six weeks in and it's continuing to improve from it's average premiere.
Blindspot's "Cede Your Soul" was aided by a new hacker character, Ana Montes, who had pretty great chemistry with everyone, specifically Patterson and Jane.
"Cede Your Soul" has its own surprises, but 's just not what we were expecting, and unfortunately, wasn't very satisfying.
I need to admit something: I'm bored of watching Blindspot. It's too thin to be so complicated. It's too complicated to be so boring.
Between those intriguing bookends, we got a reasonably satisfying thriller involving Russian drug runners who were trying to steal a truckload of Homeland Security weaponry.
"Cede Your Soul" is well-calibrated, nicely structured, and engrossing enough that I never stopped to say "Why again is this a show about a woman with crime-fighting tattoos?"
