That spirit of graft and endurance becomes infectious, and even the cooler characters of Brady and Wagner appear to thaw. This doesn’t rewrite the rules of sports documentaries, but it is lively, spirited and hugely enjoyable. Go to Full Review

From passionate fans to a manager firing to the area’s real-life inspiration of Peaky Blinders, this is an intense look at soccer from the inside out. Go to Full Review

The mundane series features former NFL star quarterback Tom Brady involving himself in Birmingham City FC as a minority owner in hopes of boosting the organization's rankings and getting a return on his investment. Go to Full Review

I’m sure Tom Brady owns lots of other things, too. Maybe a yacht or a golf course. I don’t need to watch documentaries on those, either. Go to Full Review

L D @RT37413668 Aug 27 This show is a pale copy of Welcome to Wrexham. It's repetitive and humourless. We learn that Brady is the greatest, and his financial advisor is the greatest and the Birmingham Blues will become the greatest once that All-American know-how does its magic. Cue the money. Cue Brady arriving in a limo. I admit I couldn't get past Episode 1, but I found the unrelenting bravado pretty tiresome. Does the series get better with subsequent episodes? Unknown to me. In contrast, I loved the varied and often funny Welcome to Wrexham series and even forgave some of the staged soppy bits. See more Dr A @RT56940871 Aug 19 Tom Brady comes off as a narcissistic douche that knows nothing about English football. See more Derik J @MrGoobie Aug 7 The first 2 episodes were fairly decent, but the last 3 repetitive. They could have done this in one 2 hour movie. At the end, it felt like Knight and Brady invested in the team just so they could make a documentary. See more Read all reviews
