Cabin living has come a long way. Once little more than crude one-room structures, log cabin design is now limited only by one's imagination. Helping turn custom log home dreams into reality is Nate Heim, proprietor of Minnesota-based Heim Log Homes. "Cabin Fever" follows Heim and his crew as they take on incredibly challenging builds across the country, from a getaway atop the highest resort town in America to a ski lodge cabin overlooking Utah's valleys. Heim combines century-old construction techniques with today's processes, the results being log homes marked by timeless and sophisticated elements.
