This docuseries presents a close-up view of the Wallenda family business, of which Nik is a seventh-generation, tightrope-walking descendant, as they create spectacular acts that cheat death through science, skill and discipline. Meticulous preparations -- from wind-speed analysis to engineering explosives -- go into every act, developed by a crew that includes Nik's uncle Mike (the chief engineer) and his father, Terry (the safety coordinator).
