Dates: Season 1 Photos
Tv Season Info
Even though, as is often the case in real life, the second Dates is a bit of a letdown from the first, this series is worth swiping right and clicking "like."
The premise presents tantalizing possibilities, a fact not lost on Elsley and his cowriters, who ensure that the dialogue-heavy episodes move at a smooth pace.
There's little action in Dates. It's about language, verbal and nonverbal. When the words are this good, that's enough.
For adults of a certain age -- let's say mid-30s and upward -- Dates might well have considerable appeal. Hey, all they have to do is find it.
