In a new series produced by Dick Wolf, veteran detectives reinvestigate controversial murders -- without prior knowledge of the crimes or the verdicts. Chicago homicide detective Michele Wood has 13 years on the force; Miami homicide/undercover officer Joe Schillaci is a fan-favorite from "The First 48"; and former NYPD supervisor Kevin "Spider" Gannon is a retired detective. The three reconstruct crime scenes and work the cases, interviewing witnesses, forensic specialists and key players. Is there new evidence, and will they reach the same conclusion as their predecessors?
