The former "Jackass" star travels across America with "nurse on duty" Trishelle Cannatella ("The Real World: Las Vegas") on a mission to "dewussify" the wimps, nerds and couch potatoes who have been nominated by their wives, mothers, girlfriends, colleagues or friends. Each episode, Steve-O tries to help three men overcome their fears by completing three challenges. If any of the men chooses not to take part in a challenge, he can walk away (at the risk of being called a wuss by the show's star).
