Food enthusiast Adam Richman hosts this competition that pits home cooks against culinary professionals. Each home cook brings in the recipe for his or her signature dish and prepares it, while a professional chef does the same. They then both present their finished products to a panel of judges for a blind taste test and a ruling on which dish came out better. A win means advancing to the next chef -- with six possible chefs to beat -- and a higher cash prize. However, if the judges chose the pro, it's game over.
