Two treasure hunters with opposing sensibilities meet in the Amazon jungle and form an unlikely partnership as they travel the globe in pursuit of hidden treasures. Hooten is a smooth-talking yet foolhardy lone wolf, who often finds himself in sticky situations. Lady Alexandra is a straight-laced museum curator with an adventurous side, eager to venture to uncharted lands. They form an unlikely partnership, but are drawn together by expediency, yearning for danger and love of legendary artifacts.

While a slapstick, British action-adventure series might not sound like CW material, the fact that it's so different from the rest of the network's typical programming is what makes it fit in perfectly.
