08/11/2022 Cringe. This series is made up of 90% lies, 10% manipulated misinformation. See more 06/12/2022 This documentary chronicles the history and lineage of hate groups that led to January 6th. It's worth a watch. Democracy as an institution only survives if we believe in a majority rule. Most of the reviews on here reflect biased outrage by a population of individuals who are unable to perform critical thinking and confuse facts and opinions. See more 02/09/2022 I've watched the first five episodes and this series does an excellent job of connecting the dots regarding the origins of violent extremism on the Right in the US. This is not about Jan 6th per say (I feel I need to say this as the negative reviews are focused on that only - clearly they have not watched the episodes) but it uses Jan 6th as a starting point by identifying the violent extremists who were there and going back to seminal events in the past such as Ruby Ridge, Waco, Okbomb, Charlottesville among others, and how those events have influenced the extreme Right to this day. The series focuses mostly on violent extremism and how many of their ideas have been mainstreamed in recent years and how dangerous this is to our democracy (be it Right or Left wing). I highly recommend this series. See more 02/01/2022 Typical propaganda...Admittedly some truths: White Hate, overthrowing the government, ect but it is a hit piece at the Alt-Right. There was almost nothing about the "peaceful protests" of the left all Summer of 2020, BLM, Antifa, or the Weatherman Underground of the 70's. It is on both sides. All this is is the media pointing fingers and Federal Agents covering their asses. BTW I have watched 3 of the episodes so far. What is amazing to me is less than 3,000 people were able to get into the Capital without help. Also amazing is the timing of the first episode Jan 5, 2022. See more 01/20/2022 An unbiased look at the rise of white supremacy and right wing nationalism in the US leading up to the Capitol insurrection, instigated by Donald Trump. And Mandy Patinkin? Fantastic, well put-together docuseries. See more William A @RT61749811 01/16/2022 This is a spin on what actually happened. There was not hate, just disbelief. This is just another attempt to move peoples eyes from the failure of the Harris/Biden administration. There can be no crime when you are invited in by the police. See more Read all reviews
