It can be said that Lucas Congdon has gone off the deep end, building custom pools and gardens. His Florida-based company, Lucas Lagoons, creates grand, nature-inspired backyard oases across the country. From majestic waterfalls to natural saltwater grottos on remote islands, Lucas and his crazy team of artisans -- including his mother -- have been turning dry plots into exotic waterfronts for more than 20 years. In hourlong episodes, "Insane Pools" documents Congdon's award-winning work as he makes a splash with clients to rekindle their love of the outdoors.
