Years before the destruction of the legendary Man of Steel's home planet, Superman's grandfather, Seg-El, fights to redeem his family's honor after the House of El is ostracized and shamed over Seg's grandfather's false claims of a world-killer coming to Krypton. When an attack on the government is attempted, Seg seizes an opportunity to advance himself and his family by allying with those who sentenced his grandfather to execution and destroyed his family's name but when evidence that his grandfather's claims were true is discovered, Seg must work within the system that discarded the House of El in order to protect their future legacy.

We're not in want of superhero stories, but this is a well-done prequel that adds some dirty layers to the history of a comic book icon primarily known as a Boy Scout.

Twas kinda good, but I didn't like the ending, I can tell season 3 is to come but I don't think if I may be able to keep my eyes on it. I knew superman will never showed up in this series coz at first I had them mentioning his name, then it turned out that superman was never even still born.

Series 1 was mild, but interesting. This series is a mess, uninteresting and offered nothing at all. Brainiac is really annoying. Most acting and casting is weak. A few stand out like Colin Salmon, Shaun Sipos, Ian mcheiiney but the rest if like watching A posh English Twilight The skip button in this series was used far too much
