Martin Short stars as famous Hollywood insider Jiminy Glick, who hosts a syndicated talk show called "Primetime Glick" that features not-to-be-missed interviews with real-life celebrities. Portly and possessing a very peculiar voice, Glick is also known for being extremely forgetful, which leads to the interviews going on peculiar tangents and the host often asking bizarre questions. Michael McKean also stars as Adrien Van Voorhees, the show's announcer and bandleader.
