Being locked in a room with your family for two days may not sound like the best way to pass time, but what if there were $25,000 at stake for doing it? On "Relative Insanity," two families are each locked in a room with their loved ones for two days, trying to outlast and outsmart the other family.The families earn money, which they can use to buy luxuries and household staples that can make the two-day stay more bearable, through games and physical challenges. But spending the earnings is risky because only the family that ends the two days with the most money remaining wins the cash prize, and neither knows how much the other has earned. If anyone in the game presses the escape button and leaves early -- for any reason -- that family's chance of winning is at risk.
