Nick S @NickSpecter 08/01/2024 Scripted and poor quality. I also feel like they're, at the same time, too focused on numbers and weight loss and also not delivering big enough drastic changes. People literally look the same so I almost feel like the show is gaslighting me saying how much they lost when it feels so fake. Also, Khloe's involvement is so miniscule... the only saving grace is that the show format is somewhat likeable to me and the topic is something I like personally. See more Read all reviews
