Eventually, he moved behind the scenes as an A&R executive credited with bringing Enrique Iglesias and other Latin singers into the mainstream. The former heartthrob now focuses on his loco home life, wife Kathy, rapper son Jaden, and daughters: fashionista Bianca and singer/model Nadia.
