The sweet, spicy and exotic flavors of Caribbean cuisine come alive in this series hosted by personal chef Hugh Sinclair, also known as Chef Irie. From homemade spicy jerk seasoning to Latin-inspired mussels chorizo in mango coconut sauce, Chef Irie presents traditional and gourmet Caribbean recipes inspired by his Jamaican upbringing. Caribbean celebrities, including Maxi Priest and Ato Boldon appear throughout the series, which features such recipes as pan-grilled jerk pork medallions, shrimp bisque, coconut pumpkin rum soup and herb-crusted salmon with green papaya and mango slaw.
