Years of experience in the tattoo business have left an invaluable imprint on the life of Joey Tattoo (real name: Joey Germinario) to the point that he uses his knowledge to help others in the field. In the same vein as Spike's "Bar Rescue" and "Car Lot Rescue," this hourlong series follows Joey and his team of professionals as they visit tattoo shops across the country that are nearing financial ruin. The team comes up with a plan to turn the business around but, usually, not before Joey's outsized personality rubs the shop's owner the wrong way.
