From the same production company that helmed "Undercover Boss" and "Project Runway," and on the same network that houses the ultrapopular 1960s Madison Avenue ad drama "Mad Men," "The Pitch" documents what modern advertising firms go through in their attempts to secure new clients. Each episode follows two agencies as they manage high-level stakes and killer deadlines while preparing campaigns for actual brands, and then the agencies go head-to-head with presentations known in the advertising industry as "the pitch."

"Mad Men" without the sex or the drama or the historical perspective isn't very good television. Go to Full Review

The show itself has nice production values, and it's structured so as to eke out the maximum amount of drama. Go to Full Review
