Leaving a 15 or 20 percent tip for a server at a restaurant is standard practice for most people. But Rachael Ray wants to take the idea of tipping a step further to try to change the lives of restaurant workers. She and co-host Rossi Morreale travel America in search of waiters and waitresses who serve their communities in addition to their customers. Every server Ray and Morreale meet along the way -- including a career waitress who puts all her money toward a dog rescue, and a foster mother who is studying for the ministry -- gets a life-changing tip, but only one in each episode gets "the Big Tip."
