Sep 07, 2022Typical of the "formula" for this type of show. Background music and ambient production sounds are TOO LOUD to hear anything but yet we're supposed to believe the actors are hearing something or that an EVP actually says anything. Too dramatic. Also, I'm SO ABSOLUTELY SICK of these investigators being SCARED of EVERY F'ing THING!!! YOU ARE AN INVESTIGATOR!!! What do you think you're going to encounter?!? But yet, because of clowns on these shows, legitimate investigators get mocked and discarded when you're trying to make contact with people who claim paranormal activity in their homes. I would GLADLY join the show as an Investigator but, be warned, I call a ball a ball and a strike a strike. No sensationalism, no BS acting.

Aug 03, 2021Great team . Solid investigations centered on evidence gathering and review. Not a lot of screaming shaking camera work . Best show on TRAVL

Mar 04, 2021The show is horrible. The usual jumpy camera, people gasping at nothing, static that they claim are voices etc. Pure rubbish.

Mar 03, 2021Tonight's episode of the Howard Lodge I found to be somewhat entertaining as far as comedy. Shane is clumsy and always afraid no matter where he is and overreacts. When he was in the basement I didn't see the broom falling as anything paranormal but just a leaning broom that with his movement caused it to fall. The wine bottle is iffy. His falling and getting a little scratch to be bandaged like he needed 40 stitches was really too much. It was a little scratch and they used 10 feet of gauze to wrap it was too dramatic. I've seen so much worse that a couple small bandaids would do just fine. Too fake. The mist caught was interest but I didn't find it at all like a major paranormal event. I'm a skeptic anyways and don't believe in ghosts and spirits just like I don't buy in to Bigfoot. I have no issue with ppl who believe in ghosts but I'm just not one as I've never experienced anything in some pretty horrific places around the world. I spent my whole life climbing and hiking alone in remote forests and mountains is the Pacific Northwest spending nights alone miles from roads or ppl and never heard or saw anything that could point towards Bigfoot. That's just me.

Mar 03, 2021Listen, these shows are all fake. I get it. But this one takes it to a whole new level. Psychic repeatedly just says everything is "weird", one guy repeatedly gets yanked and pushed around by nothing, and another guy just says "interesting" all the time. The psychic is never wrong or off - in fact, she is so "dead" on correct, they should be doing scientific studies on her. "Proof" relies on very overdone theatrics - person shaped mists and shadows, flat firsthand accounts, and stilted histories and conversations. It's terrible, which is disappointing, because the show's premise is good.

Dec 15, 2019This show is very well investigated and doesn't rely on "theatrics" the team is balanced and enjoyable to watch. Following up on these old cases is fascinating

Dec 07, 2019Just not a believable show. You can tell that the show is scripted. You can also tell that the so called psychic was scripted before the shows. Dont believe me just watch and you will see her screw ups. She also claims to be automatic writing but look up automatic writing and you will see she is no more than a prop for the show. So disheartening I wish just one show will be honest so we all can learn the truth but the all mighty dollar has everyone being dishonest!

Nov 22, 2019Tried to watch, but for a natural skeptic, there wasn't much convincing.

Oct 26, 2019Though I had high hopes for this one, I agree with the previous reviewer that the content is staged and lacking in anything to set it apart from anything in its genre. The host acts more surprised to find out what he already knows than Amy Allen. The recordings of the Medium channeling ghosts is ridiculous. Obvious statements like "I'm dead. I'm cold. It's dark" migrate to "I was buried alive," but when asked where the replies turn to a frustrated, repetitive chant of "I DON'T KNOW!" In fact, any direct question that could result in actual useful information is met with this ambiguity. Perhaps I don't understand the aim of this program but the reel-to-reel tape is a nice visual!

Oct 05, 2019Terrible. Look we all know these shows are staged, rigged, whatever you wish to call it. Otherwise why would we watch years worth of episodes of Ghost Adventures if nothing happened? Ok, we get that. But this one is unfortunately, really bad. The lady psychic provides wooden acting, while Dave comes off as very hokey. I really hoped this show would have been better but alas, I can't imagine it will be around for very long. These shows are now a dime a dozen and without something special to set it apart, this show will itself be a ghost in no time.
