Isaac Lappert is an ice cream connoisseur and third generation in the family business. Isaac graduated from The Culinary Institute and is incredible in the testing kitchen. Now, he strikes out on his own to learn how to succeed in the ice cream business. He tries to learn if healthy ice cream can still taste delicious, and he travels to New York City to sample the best ice cream that each neighborhood has to offer while attempting to try all of the Italian ice cream he can find.
