From executive producers Viola Davis and Julius Tennon, this documentary series explores and exposes flaws in the American justice system through emotional, in-depth examinations of the death row cases of Darlie Routier and Julius Jones, both of whom insist on their innocence to this day. Darlie Routier was sentenced to death in 1997 for the brutal stabbing murder of her two young sons. In 2001, when he was a 21-year-old college student, Julius Jones was sentenced to death for the carjacking murder of a father of two.
