Southern California is the office of real estate maven/contractor Jessie Rodriguez and his wife, Tina, who have taken their passion for vintage homes and turned it into a thriving business. "Vintage Flip" follows the couple as they purchase dilapidated, distressed dwellings, restore them with custom design features and architectural elements, and sell them for profit. Jessie and Tina specialize in rehabilitating classic American homes. Among featured projects are a 1929 Tudor, a 1902 turn-of-the-century cottage, a rare Eichler-style post and beam, and a 1924 Spanish revival.
