Dale Van Every worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. A screenwriter for film, Every's best work was often considered to include "Marianne" (1929), "Navy Blues" (1929) and "The Duke Steps Out" (1929). He also appeared in "Those Three French Girls" (1930), "East of Borneo" (1931) and "Spirit of Notre Dame" (1931).
