Frank Dungan
A graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio, Frank Dungan is the award-winning writer and producer of such shows as "Barney Miller" and "Mr. Belvedere." Dungan earned his first television credit in 1975 when he joined the writing staff of the critically acclaimed series "Barney Miller." The show, which followed the lives of the cops and criminals of a Greenwich Village police station, also earned Dungan several Emmy nominations for his writing and producing contributions. He left the show in 1982 and soon landed a writing position on the family sitcom "Mr. Belvedere," about an English housekeeper who takes a job with an American family.
