TV writer and producer Jennifer Celotta got her start on the hit Tim Allen sitcom "Home Improvement." Between 1997 and 1999, she wrote seven episodes for that show, featuring Allen as a Mr. Fix-It who is considerably less skilled when it comes to solving his own family dilemmas. Celotta wrote two episodes for the short-lived and awkwardly-titled "Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place," and she also did two episodes for the unsuccessful but acclaimed "Andy Richter Controls the Universe" in 2002. In 2005, Celotta wrote one episode for the coming-of-age comedy series "Malcolm in the Middle," and in that same year, she got her big break when she joined the writing team for "The Office." The highly successfuly American remake of the British workplace comedy starred Steve Carell as the well-meaning boss from hell and John Krasinski as one of his long-suffering employees. In addition to serving as a consulting producer for the show, Celotta wrote such episodes as "The Duel," "Company Picnic," and "Sabre."
