What to know

critics consensus

Morgan neglects to develop its decent premise, opting instead to settle for a garden-variety sci-fi thriller with more action than ideas. Read critic reviews

I really loved the idea of the story for this movie, it was a unique concept just executed poorly. I will say that the cast was fantastic, the people that should have had more screen time didn't. It would have been nice to have more background and better dialogue, I was not a fan of the shooting style either.

Chip off the old block Luke Scott (son of Ripley) could've gone anyway he wanted with his debut offering, but nooo. What he does is to remake Blade Runner, only pared down and w/o dad's vision of a dirty futuristic Los Angeles. It's a tad slow, but certainly better than many give it credit for being. I liked it!

A typical story about the rising of the machines. Nothing you see will surprise you but this works in its favour. with a nice twist at the end.
