Nicely restrained "little" indie film of guys reaching the point in their life when working assumptions are challenged. Mix of humor, light drama, some pathos. Some laughs out of situations, not of the "Hangover" variety. Quiet revelations rather than big explosions. As character study, a bit too superficial and pat, but sympathetic to its people. No one is grotesque for too long. BTW, the great Wendy Malick is not the star, and is only in a few nicely written scenes in the middle of the film. But she does provide a kick-start for the self-examination by Adam and Jon..
