Jan 26 I liked Feast 1 I lasted 5 minutes in Feast 2 and even less for Feast 3 See more Chad H. @ASOIrishWoody Dec 8 Feast III: The Happy Finish is the grand finale of the trilogy, and as the title suggests… it’s happy, in the sense that everyone’s happiness comes from surviving, dying, or getting eaten in spectacularly messy ways. Basically, it’s a blood-soaked B-movie fireworks show that doesn’t apologize for a single thing. The story picks up with survivors from the first two films heading to the city, because apparently fleeing from monsters in the desert and a hospital wasn’t dramatic enough. Naturally, the monsters follow, because they’re persistent, hungry, and clearly have zero regard for personal boundaries. From cramped apartments to skyscraper chaos, the film escalates the carnage in ways that make you cheer, cringe, and occasionally spill your popcorn. The characters are back—some familiar, some new—and their survival strategies range from clever to “why did you even try?” Practical effects are as gloriously over-the-top as ever. Monsters are bigger, teethier, and more absurd than before, with gore and body horror cranked up to 11. If you were worried that the trilogy might run out of ways to kill people, Feast III answers with a definitive “nope.” The film also leans fully into dark comedy: one-liners, ridiculous deaths, and absurd monster antics make the chaos somehow hilarious. The pacing never stops, the action is relentless, and it embraces the ridiculousness of B-movie monster carnage like a proud trophy. If you loved the first two Feast movies and want a finale that’s messy, loud, and gloriously ridiculous, Feast III: The Happy Finish delivers exactly what it promises: a very happy ending… for the monsters. Granted, I've never seen Feast 1 or 2 so I had no idea what I was in for... but this is, no joke, one of the dumbest movies I've ever seen in my life... and that is saying something. Why even half a star? Four nice breasts are out for a third of the film... that's the only positive I can grant this heap.
