The city commissioner of Dalton (Bill Zuckert) has been embezzling money from public funds, and now he's worried that the city's bookkeepers will find out. So he replaces the three best number crunchers with LEO, an accounting computer, and promotes the incompetent Hollis Figg (Don Knotts) to feed the machine the raw data.
