nick S @Nick_S May 3 Jackie's stunts are great and even his acting is pretty good. But the rest of the cast are atrocious. They perform like high school kids in a stage play. Add in a terrible story and a script so bad it makes your eyes water, this is just impossible to watch. No wit or charm. Such a missed opportunity. See more Blu B @RT43513976 09/03/2024 So let's get this out of the way. Jackie Chan has nothing to do with why this is awful. He's alright overall especially with the practically done stunts which as always are really good. Those are the highlight. Unfortunately they don't last very long and make up like 10% of the short runtime. The rest is terrible acting, GOD AWFUL humor, terrible pacing, and everything else is subpar. The music is a weird mixture of generic cinematic, EXTREME 00's tracks trying to be hip and cool, and comedic ones that don't mix at all. It's jumpy, stuff sort of just happens in the middle and this is clearly trying to be simliar to Rush Hour, borrowing plot elements at times but never can make the humor, action, and fantasy elements work together. This has way too much action in it right from the start and the slower moments are not well done and not long enough. The buddy cop in this is truly terrible and the villian isn't that good either.
