When Robideaux learns that a renegade American Special Forces unit has hatched a plan to smuggle $35 million worth of heroin into the United Stated he sets out to single-handedly take down the cartel while contending with suicide bombers, merciless torturers, and traitorous double agents who would have him killed in order to protect their dirty little secret.

A high-octane and riveting action-thriller. It certainly holds it's own as a good movie and thrilling action flick, which I'm not surprised with Director, Isaac Florentine at the helm who always seems to deliver a solid and entertaining action movie. One of the best Jean-Claude Van Damme movies I've seen in a while. It has a cool old-school western vibe as far as the story and characters go. It was also great to see Scott Adkins in this film as one of the main bad guys. Adkins and Van Damme have a great final showdown in the movie. A slick and very good action movie.

This is a terrible mess of a film it really is, I dunno why Van Damme bothers anymore because these straight to DVD films are really bad. There are some awful cliched baddies, usual cheesey gun action, predictable plot and hammy acting. Sure Van Damme can still do the moves but its old stuff now im afraid, just another excuse for a typical martial arts battle with another trained up young wannabe in the martial arts world.

A typical Van Damme fight movie. Jean-Claude joins the US-Mexico Border Patrol to avenge the overdose death of his daughter (who is played by his actual daughter in the movie). We get to watch while Jean-Claude shoots his way through a cartel run by former American Special Forces.
