Southern California has been home to many bands and musicians who have changed the entire musical landscape. But how did they do it? Where did they go to establish their sound? The answer is found in the rehearsal space. In this short film from filmmaker Tanner Poppitt and with the help of local rehearsal studio; Cideshow Studios, the audience is immersed in the importance for a band to have a central place to go to. With a 20 year history, Cideshow Studios offers something more than just a place for bands to come and rehearse their songs. It offers and is surrounded by a culture that has remained a huge part of its longevity. From the rehearsal space to now having an all access in-house venue known as Backstage Live, Cideshow Studios has a significant legacy within its walls and is forever captured in this film.
