This docuseries follows a well-off group of friends in St. Louis who call themselves BAPs -- black American princes and princesses. Despite the close ties, ego-inspired conflict threatens to transform the clique's dynamic from BFFs to frenemies at any time. The educated and sophisticated BAPs compete to be the most successful and beautiful person in their social circle. To get an idea of how exclusive the group can be, cast member Anisha Morrell says "Kanye and Beyoncé have nothing" on the BAPs.
