Owned and managed by the self-proclaimed "Emperor of Hair," Elgin Charles, the salon caters to a who's who of high-profile clients, who know what they want and expect the best. Charles' over-the-top styling team includes bleached blond Sean Cameron, boisterous Lolita "Lo" Goods, and country girl at heart Katrina Atkinson.
